Return Process

  Contact our support team via the official MOZA website or email within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address information to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier station for delivery to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
